Irving Karchmar is a writer, editor, poet and publisher, and has been a darvish of the Nimatullahi Sufi Order since 1992. His journey on the Path of Love began in 1986 when he was hospitalized for a misdiagnosed illness and on the brink of death, and indeed had cardiac arrest and a near death, Out-of-Body experience. During that terrifying episode out of the boundaries of time and space, he was given the distinct message to write a book that would change the world. The result of all of this being a spiritual search that led him to the Sufi way of love and service, and the book that took the first twelve years of his darvish journey to write – Master of the Jinn, a beautifully written mystical adventure on the Path of Love.
Server crash takes down our live October 14 broadcast.
On October 9, the server for "The Bridge of Truth" and all its related websites went offline, just five days before "The Ascension Process and Global Unrest" was scheduled for live broadcast. This came as quite a shock, to both Al Leone and the administrator of the server he had been using. Within a few days it became clear that the server would not return and the search for a new host was critical. The server crash took with it the backup for "The Bridge of Truth"! Fortunately, a full cpanel backup had been saved mid-September on a local hard drive, and with the kind offer of our previous administrator, Nathan Paton, to help in returning our system, all sites and email were back online the following Monday.
Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of all involved, we were unable to complete our live broadcast. However, Al and Anthony Citro, guest for the show, decided it would be best, due to the timeliness of the subject, to film the broadcast and then make it available as soon as possible on our YouTube channel. We apologize to all who may have been sent an announcement of the broadcast and were unable to interact with us live. With the system down we couldn't post or email an announcement of the change in plans. The show has since been edited and uploaded to YouTube, and is available here:

Second live remote broadcast,"Prema Dharmadhatu Healing Circle," helps SQ Foundation raise $4500 for water projects in Peru.
In response to the very successful Prema Agni presentation broadcast live on April 27, event coordinator Anthony Citro, along with musician Teri Merliss, facilitated a second complementary evening of heart centered expansiveness. inviting more balance, peace and acceptance of the Divine Feminine Principle into the mass consciousness at large.
On Monday, September 10 from 7 to 10 PM EDT, this special event was held at the META Center in NYC, with "The Bridge of Truth" on board to broadcast it live to the world. During the show, several of the unique items available in the SQ Foundation on-line auction were displayed, and our viewers helped to bring the final total of funds raised to $4500.
